Motor Monstars + HACKS + Basketball Sports Programs

Our “Motor Monstars” class (ages 3-6) and our Healthy, Active, Confident, and Kind (H.A.C.K.S) class (ages 7-13) are uniquely customized to implement both fitness components (muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardio and flexibility) and skill related components of fitness (agility, balance, coordination, power, speed and reaction time). We complement these two program with an intensive basketball skills training and performance class focused on overall player development.  
Our curriculum is uniquely constructed to develop motor skills, improve fitness levels and increase confidence through sports and activities. Our equipment/activity list includes soccer, basketball, floor hockey, volleyball, baseball, football and even golf drills. We will be using beach balls, wiffle balls, frisbees, plyometric boxes, gymnastics pads, foam golf balls and other equipment as tools to customize the activities to meet the unique development levels of each child.

Our commitment to you is that we will keep your kids active, engaged and smiling for the entire hour. With consistent attendance, you will observe significant improvements in their motor skills and overall confidence by the end of summer. We are SUPER EXCITED so....

Over the next 8 weeks, we will be offering our amazing Motor Monstars and H.A.C.K.S courses twice per week from 5:30-6:30p.m. and all basketball training 7:00p.m.-8:00p.m. at the Hidden GEM Sports Lab. 

​The classes will be on Mon. and Wed. each week.  We are offering multiple class packs to provide more flexibility and accommodate your schedules.  We are planning 12 athletes per class and will limit the maximum number of athletes to 15.  Reserve your spot today and book your classes!

The facility offers full olympic style weights and racks, plyometric boxes, battle ropes, suspension straps, Vertimax Raptor, kettle bells, free weights, exercise machines, treadmills, The Tank - resistance sled, pull up bars, and more.  We also have access to over 4,000 square feet of outdoor space which will soon feature a multi-use court with next generation sport court flooring, 72" NBA glass basketball goals (adjustable down to 5 feet), USA volleyball style nets, bench seating, LED stadium lighting, and 20' high net enclosure.  The sports center is also planning to build a 70 feet baseball cage for both baseball and softball training options.

We're excited to partner with The Hidden GEM Sports Lab.  We primarily use the facility for their performance training and weightlifting equipment.  Our athletes are able to do full body workouts anytime during the day.  Once the court is available, we will use it for basketball training.  We will have access to four basketball goals + shooting machines, allowing us to maximize our training time."
