Our “Motor Monstars” class (ages 3-6) and our Healthy, Active, Confident, and Kind (H.A.C.K.S) class (ages 7-13) are uniquely customized to implement both fitness components (muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardio and flexibility) and skill related components of fitness (agility, balance, coordination, power, speed and reaction time). Instead of focusing on a single sport, we incorporate multi sports and activities to build a strong athletic foundation, built with confidence and ability.

Motor Monstars + HACKS
Our curriculum is uniquely constructed to develop motor skills, improve fitness levels and increase confidence through sports and activities. Our equipment/activity list includes soccer, basketball, floor hockey, volleyball, baseball, football and even golf drills. We will be using beach balls, wiffle balls, frisbees, plyometric boxes, gymnastics pads, foam golf balls, and other equipment as tools to customize the activities to meet the unique development levels of each child.
Our commitment to you is that we will keep your kids active, engaged and smiling for the entire hour. With consistent attendance, you will observe significant improvements in their motor skills and overall confidence within a few months. We are SUPER EXCITED so....
